Just to clarify the "Ursus" thing:
There's a country in this world called "Ursus" (The Ursus Empire).
People with bear-features are from the "Ursine" race, which is just another word for bear.
Ursus citizens are people who live in Ursus, but they dont have to be ursine (bear-people), just like in our world there are people of many different races in a country. Though the majority of the population in Ursus are ursine people.
Its a bit confusing with these new terms, but I hope that helps.
