"It looks like someone beatup a clown!" LOL!! My Opus 88 is also one of my favorite pens, always inked, and good for hours of writing. Mine is currently inked with Iroshizuku Yama-budo. Very pretty!

I agree! Excellent pens. I have two of the demonstrators and one Flow, they all take the Pilot parallel nibs.. the EF opus 88 is so good I put it back in the Flow model , wonderful.. I grab it often for my drawings.. btw will I see you at the SF Pen show?. That would be wonderful. I will be teaching “Sketching with fountain pens” during the show.

It was so nice to see this "colorful" one up close. I have the Opus 88 Koloro clear demonstrator, the Koloro in red and the Omar in yellow and I'm completely in love and ridiculous … wanting all the pens they make!

You're not alone; I've got four Opuses with all sorts of nibs inside JoWo #6 adapter housings in them and I'm looking for a fifth. I really hope they make an alternate version of the clear Jazz with the same matte black trim found on the clear Demo & Omar, instead of the hideous shiny platinum trim they've put on it.

Opus 88 does make really good pens. I love my Demonstrator. And that ink is amazing looking.
