1 T Parmesan cheese
1T Panko Breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
40g cream cheese
pinch peper
1/2t vege salt
20g butter
BIG handful of spinach
300g Raw Atlantic or Tasmanian Salmon.
