It says a lot for how lewd the first 3 eps were that an episode with nudity, pasties, crotch close ups and exposed nipple close ups was seen as soft. Imagine ANY OTHER anime having an episode like this lol
Sulfur seems to be the Hotblooded Sadistic Battle Manic type.
Which is why she was getting so frustrated with Baiser & Leopard, because they were always running away without completing the fight.
The first half of the episode was from a chapter that was in between the events of the 1st and 2nd parts of the last episode. Ch. 5 & 7 were last episode and the 1st part of this episode was Ch. 6.
2 possible ways the next 2 episodes will go; either way they are most likely going through chapters 9, 10, 11, & 12.
Either
They will adapt in manga order and have chapters 9 & 10 next episode which introduces a new character then has a major character moment and then the next episode having a part focused on the new character and then a major shift in the series.
OR
They will adapt chapter 9 & 11 by introducing the new character and having the episode be kind of about them in the same way Kiwi was introduced and then the next episode having a major character moment and then a major shift in the series.
At this point of the manga I was like 99 % sure the "mascots" are both just interested in keeping the conflict going as long as possible. The villains never finish off the magical girls and the white one is literally financially gaining from the situation!

Following the tradition, the kinks represented in this episode were Exhibitionism and Brat Taming.
The first half covers Exhibitionism, which is self-explanatory.
The second half covers Brat Taming, a SM play where the Sub plays as the Brat, annoying the Dom and being disrespectful (played by Sulfur), while the Dom plays as the Tamer, making the Brat submit and delivering punishment and correction (played by Beiser). So basically, Utena was delighted because she has the opportunity to tame a brat.

Heh. May you enjoy next episode! Any variant of chapter 9,10,11,12 would be great! But I'm personally hoping for C10 adapted first, though 9+11 is more likely due to how Kiwi was handled.
Yes, compared to the other 3, it was toned down a bit, but I think mostly because they didn't show much "fighting" in this one. It seems that Kiwi is the type that looks like an airhead but is actually very smart like Dekomori (but that would be the only think similar). It's also interesting that Utena and Kiwi are starting to combine there abilities, I hope they figure out more ways to combine them.
