So, regarding the final season, they've already adapted 142 chapters into 5 cours, and there's exactly 90 chapters to go.
142 chapters divided by 5 cours gives us 28.4 chapters per cour.
90 / 28.4 ≈ 3.17 cours
If they don't do any more anime original stuff, like the freeze dried ramen from the beginning of Stone Wars, I think they can adapt the rest into 3 cours while keeping the pacing as is. It is more or less a single continuous arc, so dividing it into further seasons doesn't make much sense. Probably be drip fed to us over the course of a year and a half tho.
