The Summoned/Godly Appointed Hero actually being a pathetic dickwad is getting to be an overplayed trope in these, but I guess it does make sense. I mean, if your entire selection process is either randomly poaching people like gatcha draws, or a biased and useless deity picking whoever they find most attractive, you're bound to get some sociopaths.

And by the looks of it that so-called "hero" has very dirty and dark ones. Sadly this is exactly what the author is aiming at, a depraved variant of a person who was bullied in the past which in turn fueled their abused of their newfound power.
The author apparently said that his wicked character is maid to show the reality of what would be a harem king, if it was in real life. And not like the typical harem with a good guy and all the girls really into him.
The way tomoe stare and how rude that hero grab that sword without ask permission make more tomoe not give respect for him

I enjoyed the Manga version where Tomoe accused the dragon serving the girl of having a loli fetish. As if saying that was the only way that she could EVER command a dragon.

In the Manga, nothing happens at all. The MC is just going around the magic campus teaching kids, like are you for real? I dont want your slice-of-life bullshit. Give me gore dammnit!
It's slowly not living up to the hype at all from back then. However, the manga is decent till the mid chapters. After that it slowly descends to nothingness. i h8 slice-of-slice on an adventure show. Fk off!
i know what happens in the future, but i still think letting the hero go was a mistake, there was enough reasons to kill him and it was clear that he will still be plotting with underhanded methods

So I started reading the manga. Good stuff.
Turns out three people were summoned to this world by three different goddesses. But four were involved.
Makoto is one. This dude is another and the class president of Makotos highschool is the third. However she arrived around the same time he did and ended up fighting Mio.
Two heroes and one dude that's stronger than both of them🤣🤣 that's funny right there.

Nothing is more pathetic than making the hero a loser to make your shit MC looks better by comparison.
Before the episode aired, without reading the parent story either. I knew the eye was useless on her, cause she is a greater dragon. Look forward to seeing when Makoto puts him in his place. Also Mio was scouted by Hibiki, wonder when will Makoto reunite with her.

the funny thing about this series is the creator made the hero to be what he thinks every most guys would turn into if they tried making a harem and the result is just the guy from School Days but with magic date grape eyes. like this guys are cartoonishly lacking in morals

They may have the title and prestige but they lack the humility and patience to simply accept "no" just like the goddess herself.
Tomoe was patience with them and even satisfied a bit of their curiosity, however the moment they began to overstep they learned the hard way who they were talking to. A Superior dragon that could've ereased their existences in a fraction of a heartbeat. The only reason for her restraint is because of her master and wanting to be a true samurai.
