Koalan got them hands though. If he was a bit more durable he’d have won because he dished out a lot of damage to him. More damage to him than what the opponent did back but it’s because Agito durability is on another level that he manage to stand up and deal just as much damage to cripple Koalan
Man, even though Kanoh was getting beat for a lot of the fight, he’s got some insane endurance to take all of those punches.

The thing I love about Agito is that he has good adaptability, and he can use any martial arts as his own custom fighting style depending on the opponent he faces. He doesn't have a main fighting style, unlike Ohma, Sekibayashi, Setsuna, and so on, which makes Agito's way of fighting Unique. And the thing that I like about Kaolan is that he is so expressionless, and he is very loyal and devoted to his King, and he used Boxing and Muay Thai too.

What I love about the series is that it constantly shows how Agito, while a fantastic all rounder capable of beating most opponents with no issues, still struggles massively against masters of their martial art, especially because he keeps insisting on defeating them with their specialty
Even though Kanoh won the match, Kaolan managed to bruise his ego. Kanoh wanted to beat him in a straight up striking match without grappling, but Kaolan outmatched him with his superior Muay Thai/Boxing style.
Every "reaction channel" has cried and whined about this cause their isn't any stupid power ups or red, orange, yellow, green, blue, ingigo or violet orbs flying from peoples hands.
