Animator : Sushio (すしお) / Toshio Ishizaki (石崎寿夫)
An animator who maintains a great combination between the styles of You Yoshinari and Hiroyuki Imaishi. On the one hand, he is capable of drawing very sophisticated and natural movement, while on the other hand he also represents the Imaishi (Kanada) style well in terms of expressiveness, effects (except explosions) and pose-to-pose movement.

What is Sakuga?
Sakuga (作画) literally means drawing.
It is not something specific like “super spectacular animation”, but the term is used to define a well animated sequence and that’s it, good animation.
Animation is fundamentally movement, so a sequence with good movement is already good animation / sakuga, the effects and uses of cinematography are only added to the base.
