In today’s Experts React we got Cameron and Jordan together to react to the intense attack on Omaha Beach mission from Call of Duty: WWII. With their combined knowledge they’re able to take us through what it would be like in that situation and identify key components of the battle. There’s a lot of historical significance behind this mission meaning we’ll also learn true facts about soldiers and the war and different situations the soldiers would have been in like helping their fellow soldiers and navigating explosives on the beach.
The campaign of Call of Duty: WWII takes place in the European theatre, focusing on a squad of the 1st Infantry Division following their battles on the Western Front and centered primarily around the historical events of Operation Overlord. During the campaign, Ronald “Red” Daniels has squadmates who can supply him with extra ammunition, health, or grenades as well as a targeted grenade and target spotting; none of these are automatically replenished. Map locations not seen in the campaign are available in multiplayer mode.
