Sims 4 is getting a free base game update in the form of Neighborhood Stories. With the release of 9 kits and only one expansion pack for 2021, many in the sims community thought Sims 4 was ending and a Sims 5 launch was coming soon. But now a job posting reveals the team will be working on a multi year roadmap for gameplay and live services content.
I’ll give you my honest opinion and reaction to the news, and my speculation as to what this could mean for the future of Sims 4 and the Sims 5.
