The Severed Hands is a very decent add-on that can quickly spread swarms to multiple Survivors during unhooks, heals, repairs and any situation where they get close together. This is already a powerful effect by itself, but it gets crazier when you realize that you can also use it to damage Survivors much faster than you’d normally be able to. In this video, we used a relatively gimmicky build to showcase this effect, but there’s nothing stopping you from using this trick with even stronger perks.
