DIO with an assist/support character like Toshiro can add just that much more damage in jump force. DIO’s checkmate alone does crazy damage and when you pair that with DIO’s ultimate and Toshiro you’re automatically deleting 90%+ HP from anyone. Obviously going against a CAC helps make that point much better.
