A truly amazing stream. The double-Ellening from them both at the beginning was great; though I think we all figured it out since I'm not sure they'd have showed us otherwise and people noticed Ellen was embered at Firelink before they played the clip. I'm most impressed that Ellen did it using the claymore. With a strength build with such low dex I know a faster weapon wasn't really an option so near the end of the game, so it's all the more impressive. I'm doing a quality build, so I'm planning on grabbing the Onikiri and Ubadachi pair before the Twin Princes fight, maxing them out to +10, and using them on Friede with maybe a swap to the HSGS for phase 2.. I'm maining the Hollowslayer Greatsword, so I'm getting an impressive stockpile of titanite that I don't have any real use for just yet.
That Midir fight was so good, especially the timing of those rolls in that last attempt. I was thinking it'd turn into a Sister Friede situation and she'd go off to tackle at least the next boss and such before returning to him. I'm dreading that fight, because I know I get too greedy and it's going to get me into trouble. His theme really is one of the best in the game and it's truly fitting for such a fight. It's also the only proper dragon fight in the game. Ancient Wyvern doesn't really count even if you do the slow way and chip at his health the whole time (takes roughly 10 minutes to do, I think). I guess Nameless King sort of counts, but that first phase is pretty quick.
Hard to believe she's almost to the end of DS3. Just 3 more bosses to go. Spear of the Church should be interesting since she's online and assuming there's a member of that covenant available for the fight. If it's the standard Halflight boss, then it'll be more predictable, but it can still be a tough fight regardless. It's the annoying painted world guardians that can be a problem. That said, given her level with a maxed claymore, it really shouldn't be that bad for her.

Please, please tell me you're going to beat the final boss and let all your friends join you. That's by far my favorite part of that whole questline. Their new lord being backed up in a final fight

I watched the opening clip thinking "oooof, this is gonna start with a hard couple Frieda fights, this one is going the way of me showing off only eat every foot I have." But Ellen Rose… You a Dark Souls Queen and I knew seconds later my doubts were just silly

I suffer with massive agoraphobia and anxiety, I struggle to leave my front door and very rarely go out. But I try again and again and again because one day when I am not expecting it , it will be easier ♡
Since i started playing the dark souls series I have found the best way to overcome something in these games is to be persistent and it has helped me in my daily life and in the game. I have completed dark souls 1 and 2 and am now making my way through 3.
These games has helped me with my anxiety because i have to be fully focused on the game and my anxiety has no space to enter (until boss fights but then it is reasonable to have anxiety lol) which means I'm not anxious 24/7 and it has helped me realise that I just gotta keep doing what I'm doing and one day I'll figure it out and make a breakthrough ♡
