A million dollars in under 10 minutes, no cheats. Sell the best bed on a empty large lot. Best $$$ for the sims 4 hands down. Any other method is a waste of time and effort

Ohh~ I had a sim move into Tartosa on the hill and grow a grape garden and fizz grapes all day to make inventory to mimic owning a grape vineyard and winery. She took it to the Spring Festival and sold it on the sale tables on her days off. She paid off her house loan and one day I hope the can have a little storehouse full for the future generations to build up. But for now it's just her lucrative side hustle while she to become a teacher~
