I mixed up his formations with my own depths and width and they worked like a charm, was stuck in 7th div on default as i didnt care much before after changing formation, even through old fifa titles but this year the through balls need those tactics to be stopped, finally i can handle those spammers and ruin them with my own style.

anyone knows what the tactics and player instructions are for the balanced 4-2-4? I'm guessing full backs on overlap. CMs cover mid without joining attack. Wingers get in behind and get in the box for crosses?
