I have an idea, if Sony and Insomniac want to show the trailer later on after the break that's fine. Sony may want to obviously save gameplay footage for a Showcase BUT what they can show for next year is just some official stills from the game, without spoiling anything. Perhaps just how Peter and Miles look like in the PS5 hardware. Some stills spread throughout before the trailer. What do you think?

Just the way they did with Ratchet And Clank: Rift Apart would be an AWESOME WAY To make up for the wait and it'll keep us waiting until the game releases and is ready to be shown again.
Before I get to my main statement, I hope that all of you are having an amazing Christmas Break (including you main Spidey Squad members, as well). Now onto the main point. I really, REALLY hope that the majority of January and February for next year is just tons of gameplay footage (along with obviously a few interviews maybe too though) because while it’s awesome to be surprised by the best stuff, if
staying quiet about an anticipated game means waiting for more than a year to see more footage of it, then they’re gonna have to show probably show even more gameplay than we’re all expecting. I agree for there gonna be more in march or april cuz Sony put so much focus on hogwarts legacy and that game deserves A lot of credit

I think if they release a gameplay trailer around March and then have a state of play dedicated to the game showing 10-15 min of gameplay maybe a month or so before release will be enough to get people on board for the game

With how Sony has been conducting themselves this generation at this point with the CMA investigation. I'm more excited for the other games coming out. I'll pick it up when it comes out no used getting excited until I see the improvements to the gameplay. It's probably also going to adopt the exact same marketing as God of war ragnarok really can't get excited.
The question that matters will venom be the main villain and will we get to play him like in spider man 3 the game. Best spider man game way ahead of it time

I hope they make it where even after u capture the villains they still can break out and u can fight them again or even more of his villains like when we turn the game off and we come back to scorpion broke out type deal
I hope we get more footage for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 at least in Spring 2023. And hopefully get a PS5 before the game releases, or maybe even PS5 limited edition.

Awesome video guys! This waiting game has been interesting to say the least. I remember when both Marvels Spiderman and Marvels Spiderman Miles Morales were marketed we got trailers, screenshots, updates, Game Informer monthly coverage, the works! Now it seems as if Sony is taking a new approach and just giving limited information. God of War Ragnaroks marketing this year is testament to it. I hope they will go back to how they marketed Marvel Spiderman in 2017/2018 because I agree with your point that this is a PS5 exclusive and should be advertised to show what the new features are so that Sony can move units. We know that this game will be a serious system seller and Sony knows this. I'm also thinking that there will be preorders and bundles as well.
