Hell yeah it's underrated! Being chased by a massive fuckin group of zombies shitting all sorts of bricks was definitely a highlight of last gen! Loved it

its a great game but it came out at a bad time .. i hate that days gone 2 was cancelled
The one complaint I have with the game is that the Radio Free Oregon moments really fall off as the game goes on. The first two or three, Deacon is screaming like a lunatic about how much of an idiot Copeland is, it's hilarious. But after the first few, Deacon starts acting more reserved, and even agrees with Copeland half the time. The first couple broadcasts got my hopes up too high.
The journalist's opinion was based after playing 30min of this game. True fact.

I played this game I loved it there was some elements that I felt were severely copied from The Last of Us but I overall thought it was a decent 7 out of 10 really great game. As you say the game journalists were harsh on this game and I really loved it

I was just replaying this for the third time recently. It's a fantastic game, fucking amazing sound design and God damn are the cougars terrifying. Getting mauled from behind when you get off your bike. My only complaint story wise is the anarchist faction. They're just a bunch of murderers with no actual motive, weird since there is a libertarian pepper and a Christian fascist as camps that exist in this world.
