Keep in mind, you had the option to do Frozen Wilds from early in the game so it was written without a lot of references to things you’ve already discovered. Keep exploring. There are a few places and quests/errands that can be overlooked if not careful.

Be patient it can't be easy asking Ourea to reveal the greatest secrets that even most of her own tribe are not allowed to know. That is kind of the reason she can't challenge Aratak since she chose the path of a Shaman she can never be a chief and since Aratak choose the path of a hunter he can never learn the secrets of the Shaman. I understand not wanting to be tied down to one place but on the bright side after spending most of her life either shuned for something that isn't her fault and then worshiped for what the Nora assume she is; this is Alloy's chance to finally earn the respect that she rightfully deserves. I am pretty sure that if Alloy becomes a Banuk Cheif she will officially be accepted as a Banuk.
