I have not played skyrim for a few years, I have it on the xbox360, and when I built my pc in 2020 I kinda stopped playing the Xbox.
I didn't finish it but I got a ways in, I'm half thinking of just getting it for pc, but then I'd have to download it… 🫤
Skyrim literally changed my life. Once you finally return the scepter key, you should realized the weight of all you learned to get to that point. If you played it too fast, go back through in a few years and see how you can “apply” what you learn to your life. You might just learn a thing or two.
Skyrim is so good played it for 500hrs on its release but never finish the main story . Then i buy the anniversary edition on steam becos its on sale this week and still enjoying the game

Try Skyrim Requiem for a Balance (RFAB) mod. It will completely change all mechanics in game.

I started playing the game for the first time around 2018 for a similar reason. It's funny you mention ADHD, because as someone with ADHD also, I fell in love with Skyrim for that reason. It's perfect for us because you can run around and set your own priorities in game, outside of the main questline, without an impeding deadline or hard consequences. You could spend 5 hours collecting wooden bowls if you wanted to and no one can stop you.

I will say this even a decade ago. If I could give myself brain damage and play through Skyrim all over again I would every single time. I have over 15,000 hours and about 8 years modding the game. Skyrim is a timeless classic.

Beginning skyrim at anypoint is a great place to start. Imo it's still relevant to today's rpg market and holds up really well tho definitely still dated

My old laptop had a 1060 ti 6gb, my new laptop has a 3070 ti 8gb, I wonder how well the game would run with an ENB! I'll have to try it

I just started playing this game a week ago! I feel horrible but I’ve looked up tips and already picked up the dragon plate armor and trying to smith to 100 because that’s what everyone says to do and because I wanted to buy a home for Lucia in Whiterun. And I’m mad from a video I watched years ago that spoiled the ending. But I hope I’ve forgotten it.

I bought Skyrim a week ago, and I haven't stopped playing it since, it's really good! I want to finish the vanilla game first as well so i get the original experience, and I will try some mods next.
I remember my first time in Skyrim way back in 2011. I loved walking around at night looking at the two moon, Masser and Secundas, marveling at the beautiful sky with all the colors, until a Sabre Cat bit me on the bumby. 😥😂😂😂
