Descent is a free, 1-to-4 player game mode with semi-infinite and randomized progression, versus an infinite difficulty curve, available to all players. Including competitive leaderboards, unique rewards and new build rules that are unavailble in the standard game.
Take the Descent to learn about the Black Tusk, Hunters, Division tech and Ortiz Robotics, and their relationship with the Secretary of Homeland Security, Calvin McManus.

What will you choose to quickly save up for a good car, a boring job and get a lot of money for it, or a job you love and get a lot less and save up for years on a car? Here is the same choice between the countdown and the open world. Why do we need this choice, it's just a game. The choice should be the same for everyone, the only question is, who plays how much. And descent mode will be the same! There must be more content in open world, for example difficulty of control point with hunters … ANd this is one example that give you more chalange than al this modes! God dam it.

Are they aware that if they made their combat as smooth as that, and sound like that, that this game would be 500X better? No bullet sponges, more cover, real firefights, an actual game. Hollly.

pffft… like there'll ever be ingame weapons that actually kill with 2 bullets… looks ok though. div 1 nailed it with survival and underground. Div2 kinda lacking a bit, and every update seems to fix1 thing, and break at least 2 things… anyway.. we plod on…
