Has anyone else noticed that marvel and dc movies/games aren’t being marketed until the last minute with the exception of no way home and the Batman? I genuinely forgot Shazam 2 was a thing until a week before it’s release.
While we had to wait months between trailers for the Batman and nwh, afterwards there would be new tv spots dropping every week. Hell even with the Batman the first trailer was released with the film only being 10 percent done. Now I’m looking forward to gotg3 but I’m not as hyped as I would be if they promoted the movie more, before waiting till the last minute.
On the gaming side of things Gotham knights had really poor marketing between the long wait times and having trailers be a hit or miss. Then you have Suicide Squad who had some mid marketing and with people being upset over the latest gameplay it ended up getting delayed.
Marvel/DC really gotta step up their marketing game

Honestly I don't think they'd delay it considering their insane development time. Just look at release of Ps4 And Miles Morales WITH ps5 remaster and later that year miles morales for ps4 while working on ratchet and clank

There ain't any delay. Tony Todd himself hinted that the game comes in September which isn't even 6 months away.

The game getting delayed is a good thing because it gives insomniac more time to work on the game and the wait would be worth it. The problem is, people don’t have patients unlike the rest of us who don’t mind waiting for a while.
