I have a suggestion for the next Tropico playthrough that you do! Instead of going for a huge landmass, generate a custom island with as small a landmass as possible. I made mine volcanic so I had even less space, and it was an incredibly fun challenge run that forces you to knock down old obsolete buildings and put up new upgraded buildings to save space.
