Does the $10 upgrade apply to pre orders or onlynn by if you buy it upon the release date from the store?
I want to get the digital deluxe edition. I'm a humongous fan of the suits, and I don't think you can get the ten unique suits without pre-ordering. The fact that they were all designed by different and unique artists is amazing to me.

I just bought the preorder for the standard edition because it was on sale here in Spain
For me, it's none of the above. I am going to wait to pre-order until they release a Digital Deluxe Edition with the Season Pass bundled into it. I would assume that will come in at the $85.00 or $89.99 price point. I remember pre-ordering Spider-Man in early 2018, and if I recall correctly, I also had to wait for the game + Deluxe Ed. perks bundled with the Season Pass.
Edit: Oh, and I am probably going to wait until Gamestop/BestBuy/EB/Amazon open up the pre-orders, because I want a physical copy.
