web of shadows has great spiderman swinging , but so does spider-man ps4. spider man ps4 is the best swinging we have and marvels spider-man nailed it just as much as marvels spiderman miles morales. web of shadows however is faster which does not make the spiderman swinging better but some still consider it the best swinging.

Nah PS2 spiderman 2 had real momentum so if you properly timed it you could move at break neck speeds. Not to mention you could also catapult by placing two webs and pulling back on them a feature that sadly has been missing since.
