Let me tell you this EA Maxis SIMS4. I am a long time simmer. I bought all sims 4 packs . since you took off all the number counts on the gallery changed controls messed up things that made the game comfortable. I deleted your game off of my Xbox and PC. And i will NOT pay for this game no more. I will only PAY for SIMS 5 . im done with this BS. And Poor marketing. That horse is just a dam Dog nothing new nothing cool nothing at all.. I am 100 percent done with sims 4. The game is not fun anymore it is depressing and too much of a conflict. Mods are the ONLY thing that saves this game but you guys like to add ur little codes to mess up that as well. So yall not getting no more money from me. I BET you if no one buys this pack sims gonna throw a free pack or some random sh*t that the community asked for like 4 years ago lol. Business 101 its all about the consumer . buh bye sims ❤ see you when you're 5 xo
You guys had the opportunity to add back old favourites like unicorns, the pool table (for a bar/saloon), archery, rocking horses, and the mechanical bull. You could have included new things like gold prospecting, the fiddle, or lasso.
Instead you're releasing yet another lazy, empty pack that you have the nerve to charge an expansion pack price for.
I'm glad to know I wasn't the only one disappointed
With each pack that’s released I’ve grown more frustrated with EA. Nearly a decade ago we didn’t get pools and now we have limited household sizes with animals? Personally horses or goats should’ve been with cottage living and that’s not asking too much after the crap with my first pets and the random aging up issues we dealt with. The new fears have made the game impossible to enjoy and the burnout happens after one day of a sim working. How is the sims 2 still better than this? There’s so much more we should have better by now.
Real simmers have one important question in mind: Can my sim die from being crushed by a horse, and how can I make this happen? Lmao
I want something that leans more into modern life. So wish we could get that "future" build kit. An EP or GP centered around technology and modern building and especially important, really cool street wear (like uh; could get Japanese clothes designers on board, maybe) would be appreciated
This pack would be really great with an active version of the criminal career, unfortunately I don't think it's gonna happen.
I think they need to add a language selection option so people can choose there own language the sims can speak instead of this backwards language stuff that no one understands
The world is so underwhelming. A bunch of houses and a community hangout just like other expansions
Making the equestrian center a rabbit hole while the entire pack is about horses just doesn’t make any sense. If it would’ve been a pets pack, like in the sims 3, with cats, dogs, horses, rodents etc. it would’ve been okay but this pack is ENTIRELY about horses so y’all are just straight up lazy or you just don’t care since you know people will buy it anyway. You don’t give a sh*t about your community

Absolutely appreciate that we are getting horses, I've wanted them since day 1 of getting Sims 4. I thinks CAS for horses and animations look lovely, you nailed it. That said, it truly is a downer that you gave us such tiny lots. The majority of the lots should be large but I understand why the town doesn't. I live in a small city with this type of layout with surrounding ranches being larger. For the life of me I do not understand why we didn't get larger lots.

well my pc is about to catch on fire with the amount of cc i will be making for these horses 😭 it will take forever to catch up with the the quantity and quality of s3 horse cc but im ready
I wish the ranch hand was an interactive career option, i feel like it would be so much fun to have ranch hand tasks assigned for a ranch in the town

See I think you missed the mark… if you wanted people to buy an expensive game pack then you should have fixed the game first and make the game work… maybe see what console is complaining about 🙂

Sorry for so long comment😅 But I just wish to come with some wishes and ideas❤️
1: Changeable heights😁 I would REALLY liked that we could change heights for both sims, dogs and now horses😁❤️ I don’t need many options☺️ I would only need like 3-4 for the sims, 1-2 for the dogs (not including the difference between small and big dogs) and maybe also 2-4 for horses (i LOVE that the children can now ride❤️ But i would really love making a little naughty pony❤️ But i would also like to make a gentle giant that is much higher than the sims❤️😁)❤️ So Well yeah i would be happy with just a few options❤️ I might not be a video game maker, but i know that it is far from Impossible to make changeable heights, it just takes time❤️
2: I believe you have put about 35-45 +/- horse breeds wich is a few more than the Sims 3, but i would like to see more tack and mane types❤️ Like the incredible LONG and THICK Gupsy mane and tail or the LONG and CULRY friesian mane❤️🙀😍 Tack. I hope to see some more english tack, and more types of western saddles like the round skirt one, and more bridles❤️ And i hope to see like liberty tack like neckropes, bareback/wool pad, rope riding halters, bosal etc❤️ And also hole blankets, like when you have the 4 seasons the horse can either get winter fur or not😁 And if they don’t get the thick winter fur they need the blanket❤️ Oh and if they get the winter fur, then some of them can get easily tired if they don’t have a trait that make them a little energenic, oh and so you have the option to shave differend styles❤️
3: Breeds. I’m really Crossing fingers for one time sake that the norwegian dolehorse is either with or instead for the norwegian fjord❤️ Then you would bring a norwegian exotic breed to more life❤️ A fun little fact theres about 41% of the norwegian dolehorse and 59% of the norwegian fjordhorse (if we only count dolehoses and fjirdhirses). They might be more closer, they might less closer to eachother in percentage in 2023. But this is just the percentage of what we breed and is registered in norway☺️ So far from what i have learned the fjord is getting spread and is bred in german, denmark and if i have understood and seen correctly, america is very slowly breeding the fjord too☺️ while i think norway is the only country breeding the dolehorse and the Nordlands/lyngshest (wich is even fever than both of those breeds with only around 2300 last registered)☺️ A little mouthful😅 But i REALLY WISH to see the norwegian dolehorse getting in the spotlight for once❤️ And if you one time makes so we can change heights or have difference heights breeds☺️ Let us have like the shettis or some other mini/micro breeds, oldest wild breeds like the przewalski horse, or if you can get extra creative the icelandic horse, making so it can have both 4 and 5 gaits, the konik and many other small to big ponies❤️
4: The use of differend tack. Like bit use, that you can change in the sim maker, like that you can set your sim can pee standing and etc. Just that on the horse you can place if the horse likes bit or not or does not have a preferance☺️ Ooof that was hard to describe😅 But i hope you understand☺️ And does it like saddle or not, maybe you need to earn it’s trust for them to accept the saddle. Just a idea☺️ Oh, and train them to getting ridden bitless😁 Just using my girl as a example🥰 She ”rides” bitless, but gets so front heavy☺️ and sometimes a little strong and can run off a little sometimes😅 And dosen’t always get the signals😅 But that is on sidepull☺️ Haven’t tried hack yet☺️ And also just as a example☺️ Since the hackamore is ”stronger” than sidepull, you have the possibility to use that as a helping aid☺️ To make it easier for you to get your horse on bitless☺️ But as a easy way out you can just set in either in the sim maker or interaction meny on the horse☺️
These are just wishes and ideas❤️ But i hope you at least listen to some of them❤️
Super glad I pirate all the expansion packs. This is so not worth the money, just reminds me of the Sims 3 Pets and how much better it was. Remember when expansion packs added huge explorable worlds, horses, cats, dogs, careers, events, and more for the same price? Instead of the price of three expansion packs? What a shame.
I feel like this should have been free they came out with pets and the farm pack
