Giving you an enchanted iron pickaxe. The wandering trader has literally become the rascal.
to the transport thing you can use rails and even if you say thats so much irone and gold and i need to farm so long okay lets remove tham and let tham trade no mending fine by me find mending books urself than LOL. also it would make sense and thats why mending is insaely broken same with villagers before that here search a village and make a tree farm and you wont adventure any caves or mineshafts
At least Mojang is pro LGBTQ+ I mean all of the villagers are men ever thought about that there is not a single female villager and they all breed with each other and make kids.
I guess and then can just make kids if they really love each other.
the change is not bad, in my opinion, but seems annoying, idk. Maybe there is a way to nerf them winout making them feel annoying
Slicedlime? More like Sussedlime
I love fishing in minecraft but the treasure enchament is broken right niw and gives you mostly fish
I fish for enchanted books. Love Minecraft bedrock on switch, too laggy for villager hall.
If they changed how anvil and books combining worked it would be fire
Honestly, the way people got trades prior to this update was weirdly obtuse and complicated. I'm fine with them nerfing trades, but they didn't really? They're just making it equally as complicated but different if not less rewarding…?
Why not just create easier ways for players to get access to some of these trades? Or simplify the trading system somehow? Are they so scared of the player's "progressing too much immediately" due to the game's lack of an actual long-term progression structure, that they have to make things that are otherwise potentially in immediate access insanely convoluted?
I barely buy any enchantments from villagers, either the tools I get from them are already good enough or Enchanting gives me a super OP tool, like one time I got an Efficiency IV, Fortune III and Unbreaking III Pickaxe on a highest enchant level
Seriously, Enchanting is a gamble but man is it profitable
I think people will start with afk fish farms again, they give rare books like mending and all you have to do is nothing rather than travel thousands of blocks lol
I see a lot of people saying they want it to be like Terraria where you can create your own biome, and I completely agree, because even though superflat has become slightly better because of wandering trader updates, now so many books are unavailable. Doing it on bedrock was bad enough already. I can’t even change versions to get lava
Ah yes shader support soooooo useful especialy since I'm a console player 😐
If Mojang just made it so boats can be attached to a lead like they can in Bedrock, I would already be a lot more accepting toward this change.
I am glad they made this change, I never used villagers because I found it too easy and didn't find it fun to play like that
I afk fish sometimes not for enchantments but more for a reliable way of getting nautilus shells
CAN YOU HEAR THE SILENCE?? CAN YOU SEE THE DAAAAAAAARRKKK!!!! CAN YOU FIX THE BRRROOKEN?!?! CAN YOU FEEL, CAN YOU FEEL MY HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRT!!!!!!!!!!!
yes i just did a shitpost. i am a shitposter.
Oh nooo, they reworked villagers in new update. Well, it's time to go back to 1.7.10
My brother has been considering disabling villager trading in his server because one of his friends was just completed stacked with enchanted diamond armor and tools from the armor smiths and tool smiths. They give enchanted gear at the end of their trading line. If you ask me, those guys could use a change as well.
Honestly, outside of mending, it was always more economic to exploit smiths for maxed out gear anyways.
ii
Im gonna just say it:
I like these changes. Villagers were incredibly over powered.
In fact, i think they shouldve gone even harder with it. I think they should've removed mending from the villager trades all together. Make it so fishing is the only way to get it. And fix all the BS that makes AFK fish farms possible.
While i do think repairs should still scale, the scaling should not consider combining enchantment strengths. Also too expensive is a dumb mechanic.
"Go fish for Enchantments"
Y'know, that actually used to be a viable thing, it's why AFK fish farms were a thing
And then Mojang nerfed those into oblivion in 1.16 and these days there's absolutely no reason to fish as a result because, last I checked, the AFK fish farm designs that try to work around the current mechanics are/were just too bulky and cumbersome compared to just dealing with Villagers
136kth
i blame the runescape players.

Thanks to this update I have stoped playing minecraft
3:30
We cant enjoy good things, because mojang lost it's communitys trust with 1.19
2:37 they literally broke fishing farms tho??
i do feel like anvils should at least remove their durability
A
Day 10 of ruining Phoenix's day by telling him that beacons are uneven on the inside
The problem was never that everyone wanted to use villagers, the problem was that nobody wanted to spend hours enchanting. In terms of that, nothing has been done to fix the problem.
