Honestly, I prefer just going in blindly. There’s so many environmental interactions in the sawmill that it really made me feel clever whenever I stumble upon something to block them off or blown them up. Like the sawmill gate, I accidentally found it when I was in the middle of reloading and they were getting too close to me, so I was able to close it and bought myself some time. The improvisation saved my ass.

No shots fired doesn't really sound like a challenge or an achievement, since it's easier to kill hordes from stealth without shooting at them. Which kind of makes the game suck, since you have to play stupid on purpose to make the hordes chase you and make the game any fun

I just started playing this game. The first horde I encountered, I tucked tail and ran. 😂 was nowhere near ready to take one on. So I kept avoiding them. I’m on the island now and had to do the required mission to take out a horde. And my run was nowhere near this caliber. In fact, mine was just straight up run, focus and shoot. 😂 I tried to form a plan and it was immediately shot down by them. Now they’re all over the place in the south and I’m terrified to go anywhere. Lol.
