Boss Designs of Bloodborne: The Blood-starved Beast https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jFHf_vTX9AQ
Never played Bloodborne but pretty sure making yourself check out early isn't really martyrdom unless you actually died for something.
The best part is he's voiced by Solaire.
His last voicelines are peak acting
Its also a funny hat when going down a ladder
And he wears the mighty gloves of badassery 😂❤
"Who you calling Pinhead?"
As warhammer 40k said
To fight and defeat a monster you must become one
Dripped out tho
Well-worded, cleanly succinct analysis!
that quote you said really reminded me of the quote from Basilisk was which is "No matter how many monsters you slay, there will always be one monster left." (I think that's how it goes)
Handsome indeed 😊
Bloodbourne always reminds me of one of my favourite quotes from Nietzsche "those who hunt monsters should be wary of not becomming monsters themselves, for when you gaze into the abyss it looks back at you". Also Alfred shows us more that humans can be hideous monsters aswell and are very capable of hiding their true nature.
The brightest lights inevitably create the darkest shadows.
Can you really be a martyr after killing yourself? Somehow I think his logic might be a bit off
I would even agree with that thought, if the vilebloods didn't kill innocent hunters in search of blood for the queen, he still helps us on our way and doesn't try to kill us. For me he is a friend
He’s one of the characters that shows you that there really is no “good” blood and “vile” blood, and therefore not a single person in Yharnam who can claim to be on the side of good. There
is only the old blood, the red moon, and the terrible hunt.
I kicked his ass
I like him. He feels like my only friend in this game.
First time meeting Albert: Oh nice, a sane person who shares some lore with me
Seeing what he does to Annalise:W̵̡̛̛̹̪̫͓͛̿̊̆̔̀͌̊͌̊͌̿̀́̐̅͘̚͝͠h̷̢̭̗͖̬̏͛̂̀̾̂ͅą̸̨̡̛͎̜͈̗̼̤̻͙̭͎̘̞̙̮̠̞͖͕͐͂̾̌͒̅̅̈́̓́̄̕̕͜ͅt̸̻̪̮̣̗͍̼́̿̽̑́̃͂̐̔́̕͠͝͠ ̷̧͖̺͓̫̳͚̘̩̗͚͂͜ͅt̷̡̲̱̣̩̮̖̯͈͎̭͓͚͛̉̿̒̽̽̋̎̎̇̔h̷̹͍̥͍́̈́͊̽͋̏̏ẹ̷̦͈̱̻̫̣̙͎́̊̏̊ ̴͔̯͓̙͔̙̝̥̫̟͎̹̹̜̭̼͇̟͔͙̖̑̍̈́̈́͒̈́f̴͍̥̮͈͌̏́͆̀̿̿̓̉̒̔͗́̀̑̿u̷̧̩͉̰̦̰̭̠̥̙̥͈̺̞̝̪̻͌͛͌̒̈̔͌̑̽̈́͜͜c̸͋͊́͌̏̉̊͒̐̈͜͝͝k̶̢̻̫͕̠̒͗̾͐̆͊̈̀̆̄̀̀͂̑̓͂̈̏̊̕͝͝͝ͅ
I love Alfred’s character design
So, it's the good guy, understood.
Alfred is fucking stupid because he literally undoes the work his mentor sacrificed himself for and then kills himself for nothing thinking he's becoming a martyr too. And still doesn't stop the Vileblood queen because she's immortal. Actual idiot NPC
Hunter: uhg, politics
Bro why does everyone feel so bad for that vileblood queen getting turned into yogurt? The bich was a vampire!
This is not the most important lesson of this character tho.
The lesson learnt from Alfred is best said in Logarius own words "Acts of goodness are not always wise, and acts of evil are not always foolish, but regardless we will always strive to be good." This is the true lesson of Alfred the hunter
funny how i see this video after agreeing to help him
