I have roughly 2500 on DS1 alone. I can go through all of the bosses without any real trouble, but I struggle so much against the Stone Guardians from the DLC.
Dark Souls Remastered is the only one I can do almost every boss flawlessly but I still die to annoying minions and fucking GRAVITY

100%😂 i have over 1000 hours between all souls games(plus elden ring) and i still suck T.T. but thats because i always over level. My latest elden ring run is on lvl1 and it has improved my skill more than anything.

After years on dark souls, I've learn that I should still be careful around rats and undead, they still do damage
Bosses ? Pattern registered long ago
What's more annoying is that the one killed me the most is not from the boss but from the random NPC

The reason why the whole series is bs, because it's punishing you (You lose souls), yet, the game itself is shit in mechanics, made poorly and hitboxes are bs in any miyazaki game.

its my first playthrough i kill bosses mostly first try or second try but damn it tooks so much time to get to the bosses. i killed Ornstein and Smough first try hitless but the Guards mess me up sometimes
I went from dying 10 times per boss, to dying 3 and a half. Never been so proud xD
Beat elden ring and then wanted to play the DS series starting at one. That was 2 years ago but i played a little yesterday and just beat the four kings. Now im off too face seeth
I’m very good at these games now after years of playing them, but sometimes I boot it up and play like a toddler with no fingers. Shit just happens ya know

Ofc people make mistakes but you can get good at dark souls, the people saying you don't get good you just handle loss better, are prob still struggling with quellaag , lmao
Some parts get easier. Now on a new play through I can get through the tutorial within a few minutes and by half an hour in I have made it through Sen's Fortress…. although that Anor Londo Boss fight still gets me.
I kinda missed being suck at this game… not to flex but it start to get easy when you learn the game mechanics and build optimization

I've killed three lothric knights including blue cloak without taking damage only to die to a crazy partially nud man with a knife.
The game should've come with the age old tag line, "Suck it up buttercup!"
