Do a short on bards leap

(you jump off the location into the water (survive use shout if necessary) then a bard will greet you tell you a bit about himself and then increase your speech skill,
The fact that there's a water breathing spell but no water walking spell is frustrating. You can't even take the enchant from the boots.
If you are a true mage no spell is useless know where and when to use them and remember your mind is the best weapon you have you are not a mage just know your place and the surroundings it you don't know what you are doing that's all
You don't know what you are doing that's all to it
Everything is useless to you you are a disgrace to your own kind
