Welcome to Anatomy of a Quest – a series where I take a main quest, side quest, miscellaneous quest etc. from a video game I love and break down what makes it good or bad. In today’s episode, we dive into The Mind of Madness – the Sheogorath Daedric Quest in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim!

  1. Great job on the video, and I agree with your assessment of the quest. It's buggy and not that interesting to me, perhaps because I've never played Oblivion or the Shivering Isles DLC. How about your thoughts on Boethiah's quest in Morrowind (the one for which Goldbrand is the reward)? It's got multiple stages, requires waiting, and allows you to see progress unfold as workers build the shrine. And the reward is arguably the best non-DLC sword in the game.

  2. This was an interesting video! Thoroughly enjoyed it! I'm looking forward to seeing what's next for this Anatomy of a Quest series!

  3. Great video! The more video essay format suits you well! In the future I suggest covering Cait's quest from fallout 4!
