当社は工具業界でも珍しい自社の鍛造工場をもつメーカーです。本社敷地内に併設の鍛造工場では日々多種多様な工具の鍛造が行われています。

1.凹凸が彫刻された一対の金型をエアハンマーにセットします
2. 鋼を電気やガスで1200℃まで加熱し柔らかくします
3. 金型を設置したエアーハンマーで鋼材を叩いてつぶして工具の形にします。（ものによっては1トンの重さを掛ける場合もあります）
4. 要らないところを切り離す「バリ抜き」と呼ばれる工程を行います。

Our company has own drop forging factory which is really rare in the tool industry.Various tools are drop forged every day at an adjoin factory next to our office.

1.Set a pair of metal molds with convexoconcave engraved on the air hammer.
2.Heat steel with electricity or gas till 1200℃ to make it soft.
3.Hit and squash streel with an air hammer with a pair.
4.Remove an excessive steel portion(Deburring).
