So fun to watch you show what you bought from Vitacost and etc. Love that site too. Please don't give up on that Vert Mont Perfume….ask a friend if they can smell it…..maybe you can't but others may be able to. That happens with some fragrances.

Love that are talking more about traditional foods! My whole fam here takes the gel cod/butter blend. But I saw a HUGE change in my skin when I also added the skate oils pills. Crazy.
I also take the same liver pills and they give me a ton of energy. Do you notice that too?
I chucked that lipbalm In the garbage. Mine was f'd too. No more hand lotion of chap stick please Petit Vour.

I am doing a second fermentation of kombucha right now – fresh strawberry and hibiscus – and now I feel I must make kombucha jello!
I recently found your channel and I can't stop watching your videos! Your videos are so informative! I especially love your mercedes shops videos as well.
I'd stick with the coconut sugar! I used stevia (even as pure as I could find) for a long time but never associated digestive problems with them. I cut way back and now when I use it I can really feel it 🙁
I loved this Mercedes Shops! (Well as always haha) How do the Vega products taste? I've always found that their vega one & smoothie flavors are a hit or miss & pretty sweet most of the time. I also remove my eye makeup (a.k.a. just mascara) separately but I feel wasteful cuz I use them in the morning for my toner too… I'm thinking of getting the reusable ones but I'm afraid they'll get stained/worn out easily haha.
Nice purchases. I took your advice last time and bought the Studio 78 bronzer, very nice. I'm enjoying using it. The concealer is nicely pigmented but it does settle into my crepey skin under my eyes. I think I'm just at that age where any concealer will do that. FYI Urban Outfitters is having 20% all their beauty products and they have 4-5 different Odacite skin boosters there. I stocked up and took the chance to try a couple of others like (Lavina Barabary Fig oil. I keep hearing so much about this oil…). They actually have a very good selection of natural skin care.
Another great video Mercedes and a Sunday night treat! So interesting about the traditional foods movement. I need to do some reading! Spring hit and my allergies have been horrible, it's only a matter of time before my digestion and skin start acting up too! Oh Beauteabar! Their packaging is to die for…seriously, I shouldn't want to buy solely on packaging but it really is a motivating factor when they have so many amazing products! On my wish list is the Aila nail polish in ginger and another Kjaer Weis eye shadow. I have the wisdom color already and it's my go-to everyday but I want another color to add in the rotation, and one of the NMDL morning routines talked about a DIY Kjaer Weis eyeshadow palatte using Mac palettes and I've been wanting to try that since. Now I must add the Haut BB cream to my wish list. You sold me on the non-rms uncoverup texture! Though I must thank you…you used the beauty blender in a different video to apply the rms uncoverup and I've tried using with that and it works way better! And I have to add that scalp tonic to my wish list too. My hair has been outta control lately. My scalp is so itchy and I don't know if it's just dry or what but ugh!! I did just order a meow meow tweet shampoo bar from integrity botanicals and it arrives tomorrow! Can't wait to try it! It was one of those products I added to my cart for free shipping… I'm glad I'm not the only one that does that :)! My Aromi order also comes tomorrow and all I want is to do more shopping! Haha the curse of a Mercedes shops video 🙂 kidding, I love them! Final comments on the petit vour box, my lip balm was the same! All crusty and overflowing. No good. And agreed on the perfume, it's wonderful first thing in the morning but I can't even smell it an hour later, granted my sense of smell is terrible. I thought it was just me, but glad to know I'm not alone!

I don't know why but this video was too fast paced for me mainly because I wanted to know more!! I'd love a more in-depth video on the traditional foods eating style and those supplements you bought. It was a fascinating video for sure!! I want to know more girl!! Have you considered doing a "what I eat in a day" video?? Maybe a supplement/detox/holistic stuff weekly log video?? I've seen some videos on YouTube where people document what they wore in a week or their workout log for a week and I find those so much fun to watch!! Just a thought 😉

Hello!! I've been debating on purchasing the Fermented Cod Liver Oil for the past few years. In lots of reviews, the cinnamon tingle apparently is the most bearable. I've even watched tutorials on how to take it! Hah. I take zero supplements, though mainly because of my anxiety about "medicine" and unknowns and how I might react to them. I have been trying really hard to incorporate coconut oil and Great Lakes Gelatin — the gelatin for my relentless digestive issues and coconut oil because my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's at age 54 and I am high risk for early-onset also. I really would like to incorporate a fish oil so maybe the capsules would be a good start. What type of digestive issues do you have? The past several months I have been extremely out of wack with bloating and irregularity (tmi) and have no clue what to attribute it to, considering I'm eating no differently. Phew! Long one! xo
I used the Blue Ice Royal Butter caps and the were really good for my skin. I stop buying them because they have Omega 6 and heard the good Omegas for the body are the odd number ones 1,3,5… Have you heard about this? 😉

Do you find Acure`s Argan Oil to smell a bit more…"tangy" than any other brand that you may have tried in the past? I even had Vitacost replace a bottle in hopes that the first one was simply a random-bottle-gone-rancid situation. No change, sadly.

Mercedes-loved this video. I have not commented for awhile-I don't know if you can remember or keep track of your subscribers but I have to take back a recommendation. I had told you I loved JRLiggett's shampoo bar and that still holds -and I have tried others including Chagrin. I also told you I loved Aubrey conditioner-but since then I discovered the Think Dirty app. Have you heard of it? If not google it -Huffington also has an article about it. The Aubrey conditioner is dirty-the JRLiggett is clean (and wonderful).
I remember you saying you love to listen to you tubers also—-made me wonder-you are a sociologist so you might know—do people living alone listen to you tube more? I wonder if it's why I love it–we get to know you and it's different than watching tv-you are talking right to us!!!! Anyway love you and wish you were next door!! The other thing–one of your videos you said you didn't want to get old!!! So I'm going to give you my best antiaging hint! I am 61 and everyone tells me I look the same as I did when I was in high school!! My skin is great-I've been using sunscreen since my late 30's-and even back then before clean products always used non chemical sunscreen-what luck-Neutrogena used to have one with zinc or titanium. Anyway–here is your hint-I never put sunscreen on my eyelids or around my eyes–it would muck up my beloved eyeshadow and mascara!!!! Now -instead of a primer I put on Jane Iredale Pure Pressed Base-SPF 20 all over my eyes–and then put my eye makeup. I also still use some "dirty" eyeshadows (Mac, Lorac,Urban Decay) at least I have a layer of clean on! And it looks good on it's own-with eye liner of course! I use Ivory but must be paler than you as the Juice Beauty CC cream that came in the PV box is too dark for me. This is so long(sorry) but unfortunately no one is obsessed as I am about skin care in my area(small town in Nebraska). keep your videos coming!-Geri
