Every video I watch I am again amazed at how short the grass is in NZ. This spot looks like it's landscaped almost. Here in the northeast US it would be choked with 3' grass and 6' tall cattails near the water.

I’m not sure if you have set up your awning with a full wall kit but when and if you do the two main poles can be used to push and hold wall out and gives more space to walk around without poles in the way and that cob smoker is amazing got me thinking

My friends are moving to the south island next year from the north island so when they are settled we are heading over from Australia…to investigate have always wanted to go to the south island and im a kiwi…i went from the north island to Australia and never came back to live…back still love nz and ready to start new adventures now our kids are nearly grown..❤.❤❤
Tony: The RV will be a good idea. You can still use a tent now and then. Bad days, sleep in the RV.
