I’m experiencing serious breakage and fallout. I’m getting really scared… I don’t know how to stop it.
My hair is naturally wavy, I straighten it every two weeks with plenty of protective spray, I use non-breakage dry shampoo, I wash my hair twice a week.
Currently I have low estrogen levels (not sure if this could affect anything, as it’s stopped my period)

do you still use them? i use naturelab but still get some frizz at the upper parts of my head… I know it can be normal sometimes, but i still stress about it.
