My nails are naturally long, longer than yours and i use petroleum jelly on mine before bed… it really helps my nails to grow and they are strong… only problem is they are stained from polish….
Actually, if you push your cuticles , what it mean that your opening them and bacteria can enter inside and effect the nails.
