I couldn’t bring myself to go full luxury and hundred dollar price tags and so all the products mentioned retail for under $100 so what I would call affordable luxury for those who still dont want to break the bank.

The Ceramic Slip Cleanser? You SHOOK me. I love it! Two different opinions.
I've been using the Hydrogel Cream since March and I love it! I use the Purito Centella Unscented Sun as my morning SPF/moisturizer. At night I use 2 pumps of the CeraVe PM Facial Lotion (I treat it more like a ceramide serum than an actual moisturizer). Then I finish it off with a layer of the Honest Beauty Hydrogel Cream to lock everything in. I can't tell if it's the squalane or the hyaluronic acid, but the texture is gorgeous when you start 5o work it in, and it just leaves my face feeling amazing! It gets three DINGS imo. I'm from US and I've gotten it for as low as $15 on Amazon Prime (such a great deal!)

There are a few products I will spend good money on and one of those is retinol. I did just order the Drunk Elephant Retinol for $74.
I also own and love (and plan to repurchase) the Dermalogica exfoliating enzyme powder or whatever it's called. I'll compare it to The Ordinary's when it comes out and hopefully save some money there.
I also own a lot of YTTP, if you consider that brand to be high end. It does cost a lot but lasts for 6 months per item so it's worth it IMO. And the brands ethos are so good and the products are so beautiful. I own nearly everything in the line now and couldn't be happier.
I hate to mention this….but the honest beauty website is currently having a labor day sale and is offering free shipping in the cont us. I was able to pick up the hydrogel cream for 14.99usd and the retinol for 20.99usd. I had already bought the purifying and perfecting mask that smells like delicious berries so when you said yes….i pressed add to cart!! Keep up the great content!!
I'm surprised that you are a supporter of Sunday Riley after their fake reviews scandal came to light in October of 2019. Are you aware of the disgusting behavior of Sunday Riley? If so, how can you support this company?? The FTC investigation in the US proved they were forcing their employees to write fake positive Sephora reviews for their products and that they were also forced to try to bury all negative reviews and to "dislike" and discredit them. This scheme involved the employees all the way to the top including the CEO Ms. Riley! They never admitted any wrong doing or paid for this activity. This is a company with absolutely no ethics. I will never support this brand! They couldn't be any more dishonest and disgraceful in my opinion! I'm so disappointed to see you supporting and promoting Sunday Riley.

Great video! I have seen one comment on this from Tami Ibarra, but I did want to ask if you had an update on ethics/integrity/corporate responsibility re. Sunday Riley. I used to very much enjoy their Good Genes exfoliating serum, as well as the Ceramic Skin cleanser. But since the reports last year that they had their employees create fake reviews on Sephora and other sites in order to boost sales, their products have sort of left a bad taste. I don’t know if you were aware of the issue, or if you had additional information. I really love the cleanser especially; so many cleansers break me out, and this one does not, and it works really well, as you said. But I’ve been looking for replacements pretty much ever since. Just wanted to know your thoughts. Thanks!

So glad to see Aesop in a review. All my bathrooms are filled with their hand soaps, shower gels, room sprays, toothpastes, mouthwashes and their – er, post poo drops. I even keep their hand soap at both kitchen sinks. I keep wishing they’d make a dish soap so I don’t have to break up he look, lol. My dog also gets his baths with their dog shampoo (I do wish hey had a separate conditioner though) but you’re right, he comes out bright white and fluffy. Aesop have great customer service and really beauty products. (Have you also tried Kiehl’s dog shampoo and conditioner? My dog also gets washed with Kiehl’s and his skin and coat seems to love it) . Really enjoying your reviews!
