What you said Dacob about Pour Monsieur…it really hit me. I love as you said how Coco just knew that when she had done something right there was no need for further tweaking or iterations. There is something so beautiful in that philosophy, which the brand lacks these days. They seem more focused on what sells, regardless of whether it was done perfectly before (and don't get me wrong- I loved the most recent collection- the tweeds, dahling- spectacular) but there is value in keeping sacred fragrance and fashion which was done perfectly previously as it is generally made better (and purchasing pre-loved promotes sustainability, where it is feasible to do so). I also want to re-iterate (since I think I mentioned this in a previous comment) how you have sparked my love of No. 5 EDP, a fragrance I never thought I'd enjoy- you really do need to give it a chance, and when you do, you will certainly ditch your Chanel Chance (just kidding, still love it) and wear it for the most fabulous of occasions ❤

You mentioned La Pausa, and it got me wondering, have you gotten a chance to smell Cheval Blanc Paris by Dior? It reminds me a bit of 28 La Pausa, but not quite. I've been wearing that and Bois D'Argent in rotation lately.
