I love the tips! Something I realized more recently when it comes to that time of month, I get sensitive to strong smells and loud sounds and I think they are migraines. Maybe the hormonal imbalance is triggering something. I’m not a doctor, just something I’ve been able to link because my time of month can be really awful too! Thanks for the informational video!! 💙

I feel everything you said! The horrible pains and being nauseous, among many other symptoms. I also have gum/teeth pain only during my period. I have to adjust lotions and candles on my period because the smells affect me then. Also, so right on the sleeping. It's so hard to be able to sleep well and soundly if you feel like a mess or feel like you're gonna make a mess. Fyi, the children's chewable ibuprofen sometimes works faster, because it's chewed up. You have to adjust dosage appropriate for adult.
I’ve been using Dettol soap down there during my period for years. It’s an antibiotic/medicated soap and it always leave me feeling fresh. You should try it out.
I ordered the everie woman brand period proof underwear but imma look into these also

OMG! I had tonsillitis earlier this year and man it was the worst pain I’ve ever felt! I couldn’t even swallow or talk because my tonsils were so swollen and painful! The pain was unbearable and I was just miserable! 😭😭

I love how you also mentioned not to flush wipes, my mum always said that to me too! I recently got my period so this video is super helpful xx i also use a brand called cheekywipes which has reusable panties and pads for your period

I have heavy periods too and bad cramps i use target pms pills they're cheaper then midol pm they really help me the honey pot feminine wash is great i
I dont like honey pot myself the sensitive suppose to be unscented but my downstair area curse me out the chamomile and aloe had her screaming

I used to throw up from the pain of my period but once I started taking pamprin
I finally found relief (and trust me I even tried birth control to help but it made me feel weird)

Yes! Thank you 🙏 for mentioning the fact that flushable wipes are still NOT supposed to be flushed! My dad has done plumbing in his career for over 20 years and he constantly tells us and family that even though it says it breaks down in the pipes, it does NOT. And it causes IMMENSE damage to the sewer system, and it causes some expensive fixes, trust me, it’s not worth it. I’ve seen what they have to do, you’ll regret it later 😂
Also, you’re so right, so NOT use the peppermint dr bronners soap down there. Don’t even try it 😂
