Great recs, Ash! May I add one more? I use CeraVe Psoriasis Moisturizing Cream on dry patches behind knees & elbows. Works so fast! It has 2% Salicylic Acid & you don’t have to have Psoriasis to use & be effective.

I have noticed so much difference since I was consistent using Amino acid + B5 before applying la roche posay tolerane face cream.. I also use the Superberry Hydrate + Glow mask regularly which is so good for my skin. We had snow here last week in UK and I work on a ward and wear my mask 8+ hours on shift and my skin needs all the care especially in wintertime , Brilliant video xx
