    Can you link where you bought your african black soap. I had bought a liquid version once and liked it. Now I use like a $10 liquid natural soap from walmart but need to cut costs but still all natural. Once liquefied, does it spoil quickly? It is just my husband and I and we go through soap slowly. Since you mentioned it should be in the fridge or freezer.

    I make our soap……I love doing it! Pig lard from pigs we raise, lye, water and the secret is African Shea butter plus small amounts of other oils and essential for a slight smell. I have that shampoo and toothpaste to try already!!!

    Great video! Thank you for doing this series, I’ve learned much! On the shampoo I think I have a better deal for you – try the Renpure brand Biotin and Collagen 32 ounce pump is $6.98. I’ve been using Renpure products for years and love them – the tea tree shampoo and conditioner are excellent as well. No SLS, Parabens, yucky stuff -Ect. I would however love a link for the black bar soap! Great job TM! I did this type of thing but never in this kind of organized manner! Thanks it’s helped me be more organized and actually have a strategy!

    I will be trying the deodorant! I also saw Doug and Stacy say they just use baking soda…a very small amount. She said the cleaner you eat the less you need over time. That would be worth a try too!

    African black soap is the best soap
    My family only use it and it’s good for the face.
    For generations my family used it.
    And african RAW Shea butter mixed with coconut oil and vitamin e oil is great for the skin but it has to be REAL RAW SHEA BUTTER (Amazon) not the store brought crap .

    FYI – Your African black soap is just superfatted. That is why it goes bad and doesn’t harden. It has free oils in it that have not been saponified (turned into soap molecules). Any local soap maker worth their salt could make you a batch of superfatted soap with whatever nourishing oils you most like. In general the qualities you are saying you like are considered inferior to soap makers who want their bars to harden and be long lasting and not spoil. But we totally can make softer superfatted soaps if that is what the customer wants and understands how to store them to improve longevity 🙂

    Where did you get the information that the black soap has living things in it and needs to be stored in freezer?

    Also….are there African black soaps that don’t have added fragrance? This one has it. With sensitive skin, added fragrance is a no for me. Great video!!

    This is a fabulous idea! I’ve also created an inventory of everything that comes into our home and much of it comes from Costco. We shop Amazon smtms but not regularly. I did not however price everything out. I will have to do that next.
