I took a last minute flight in American Airlines Flagship First Class, and paid less than the price of an economy ticket. Here’s how.

  1. Mate, 1000 flights is an awesome milestone! My 1st was a TWA L-1011 from LA to Frankfurt. Wife's was a Alitalia 767 SFO-LHR-MIL.

  2. congrats Noel on the 1k flights, btw what flight logging software do you use?

  3. TWA was my favorite airline when I was in the US Army some 45 years ago. All flights went through the hub at St. Louis. I loved it. They had such a warm crew.

  4. Noel showed a glimpse of what looked like a app to keep track of flights you've done. Does anyone know the name of the app please

  5. Hey, which app/website is being used for the total flights calculations? Would love to know! C

  6. Congratulations on your 1000th flight, Noel! What a way to celebrate in style! Glad to hear you are heading to EAA this summer. Always a fantastic time, and its hard to be summer in Wisco (may be biased as a local).

  7. Congratulations on your 1000 flight. I would not even know when my 1000 flight would be as I took so many flights as a kid. I flew Flagship First in February 2022 from MIA to LAX before they changed the route to only flying A321s. The IFE and Wi-fi on our plane were not working (and the plane was flying to London after arrival at LAX), plus more than half the flight had severe turbulence. I was glad to fly on it once before it goes away.

  8. Another great video but I really wish you'd tell us all how many flights you've been on 😉

  9. I have a question, Noel. Seeing some of the conditions of some of the interior aircraft cabins that you travel in, I would soon be wondering if the aircraft’s engine maintenance wasn’t in the same condition. You (as a pilot) certainly can appreciate this! It would make me nervous. Being from Alaska myself, I’ll take a small plane any day! 😎

  10. I've flown nearly 500 times in about 30 years – so very similar to you. My first flight was VA to LA – I remember it vividly. Oh, you've flown ONE THOUSAND times…I must have missed that 🙂 Seriously though, I love your reviews – you're charismatic, honest, informative and humorous. I also love how you "accept" the strange things and inconveniences that you encounter around the world. Congratulations again and look forward to seeing what you do for your 2000th flight!

  11. Typical BA lounge receptionist, no clue what they're doing and with the shittest level of customer service.

  12. Congratulations on your 1000th flight, thank you for taking us along with you, here's to many more adventures 😁

  13. Congratulations on 1000 flights. Your channel is one of the bright spots I have. Thank you for everything you do.

  14. Love the TWA stuff. Been thru there many times. BTW, my first flight was on a TWA Baby Connie, London to New York via Shannon and Gander in 1958. Cheers and thanx for the memories!

  15. Come on Noel! You're still from Mansfield area! It's economy! Not coach!

Economy class, also called third class, coach class, or steerage.

The entire world ain't American 😂. Stick to your formula that's for you to today!
