2019 is better if were talking about art, visuals and voice actor (mainly because Yuki has a male now and I don't see him as a 'trap' anymore). But for me, 2001 ver is the better one when it comes to 'comedic effect'. I swear, Shigure on the old version is 1000x funnier than the 2019 one.
Love the new one—but older anime tends to mostly stay very consistent with the original manga style, and nowadays the newer animes’ style kind of all looks the same :/ Would’ve been cooler to update the anime while keeping that drawing style. But still also cool to see it differently.

Tohru doesn't look like Tohru (when compared to the anime) in the new adaptation and she sounds like a 6 yr old, I've never understood the need to make teenage or adult women sound like prepubescent girls in anime, makes me want to give her some ginger root to make her voice lower…though I am grateful that we'll get more of the manga story. As a critique, the only character that stands out so far is Kyo (because of his orange hair), but the rest of the characters that have shown up so far in the series seem more like background characters and their voices are meh. I guess I'm a bit biased since I first saw fruits basket in it's dub form, but then again with one piece and naruto I saw the dub first and actually prefer the Japanese voices. I just hope this isn't another Sailor Moon Crystal disappointment and that they can dub this series with the original dub cast.

역시 섹톰쪽이 나음 딴 건 몰라도 연기는 천재니까ㅋㅋㅋ
声優はそこまで違和感ないし、作画も綺麗だと思うけど、BGMと作画枚数がリメイク版はちょっと…。作画、長回しで使うの多すぎだし、BGMとかフリー素材かと思う程ひどい。
どっちにも良さがあって好きです…

自分はリアルにフルバを読んで、夾くんとはとりさん大好きだったので、昔の方の関さん、井上さんが懐かしいです。新の夾くんも悪くは無いと思うんですけど、自身の加齢のせいかあの頃のキュンとくる感じが無いんですよね。あと、思い入れがあった分特に馴染まない感じが強いですね。
18話まで新を観てますが、マブダチトリオの声に違和感しか無いので、最後まで観て少しでも馴染むのを願っています。
岡崎律子さんファンですが、新の初期オープニングとエンディングは、切なくて、ホンワカしてて
映像も綺麗で素敵でした！最近は、原作を再現したアニメのリメイクが多くなっていますが、
絵柄の違いだけでなく、ストーリーの違いもアニメならではだったりするので〈アニメの方が原作よりストーリーが良い場合もある〉作者さんの想いもあるので、否定は出来ませんが、再現性に煩く細かく言う必要も無いかなって思います。原作が良かったら、原作を読めば良いだけです。

リメイク版観て面白いなって思って旧も観たけど、それぞれがそれぞれの良さがあって最高だった！

絵も演出も変わっていて、これが現代風か〜と納得。
新アニメは、絵も崩さないし(やっぱり色とかキレイだね！)演出もリアルな感じがした。。あと少女漫画要素が気持ち強い気がする。
昔はテンポが良いのも含めてアニメっぽかったよね。味があるというか。ギャグとシリアスシーンの緩急をつけて独特な雰囲気をだしてる。
結論、どちらも同じフルバだしどっちも良いよね。
個人的には、当時のクラスメイトとかと盛り上がったりした思い出と共にあるから旧アニメのほうが切なくなる。

アニメは旧が一番好きだしその気持ちは変わらないけど昔と一緒なんてなくて何かしら変わっていってるのもリメイクの良いところだよね、最初は私も前の方がとか言ってたけどそれ言ってたらキリないし変わらない方が無理あるよね～ってなったw新の方からフルバを知ってくれて原作を見てくれる方とか好きなってくれた方が居るのを考えたら嬉しくなって最近新の方見始めてる、まだまだ違和感ありまくりで慣れないけどそれは徐々に慣れていって新の方も楽しく見れたら良いなと思ってるかな
