「地球上で最悪の侵略的植物」とも呼ばれる外来植物、ナガエツルノゲイトウが淡路島で去年初めて見つかりました。生命力が異常に強く迷惑ものなこの水草をどうやって駆除し、元の生態系を取り戻すのでしょうか。

Alligatorweed, known as the worst invasive plant on earth has been found in Awaji Island for the first time. It has extremely strong resistance to drought and salinity, which makes it livable in various environmental conditions. The project to completely remove the plan has just begun.
