Why do Japanese vloggers blur out the faces of some people. Creeps me out. Reminds me of those news vids where they hide faces of criminals. Nevertheless, food looks great. Just dont blur the faces of your beautiful country’s faces. Be proud to be Japanese.

Oh my goodness what a heavy work to make the dough for the noodles. My back hurts just to watch them work their body over that low mixing bowl. I don’t know but wouldn’t it be more back friendly if the person making noodles could adjust the height of the bowl with some adjustable base? It is definitely too low and you have to completely fold your body over the bowl to be able to proper work the dough. Can’t be good for the knees either. Traditional tools are not always the best for health or labor conditions…
