ウクライナ軍の越境攻撃　ロシアの避難者13万人超に　窮状訴え(2024年8月14日)

　ウクライナ軍が越境攻撃しているロシアのクルスク州に隣接するオリョール州には大勢の避難者が逃れてきています。支援物資の集積所で現地の窮状を訴えました。

「銃声はまだですが、砲弾の音は聞こえます。家に帰りたいですが、まだ避難しなければ」

　避難してきた女性は地元の店では品切れ状態で、買い物もできず仕事もない状況だと訴えました。

　オリョールの市民らも前例のない事態に不安そうな面持ちで、飲料水や衣料品などの支援物資を集積所に次々と持ち寄っています。

　ウクライナによる越境攻撃の避難者は13日までに13万2000人以上に上り、さらに増えるとみられます。

　ロシアの国土が外国の軍隊に侵攻されるのは第2次世界大戦以来ですが、プーチン大統領はウクライナの越境攻撃を「挑発行為」と呼び続け、「戦争」という言葉を避けています。

　国民にパニックを引き起こさないためだとみられますが、ロシア国内の戦闘も収束の見通しはなく、被害は拡大しています。

    ロシア国民よ。決してプーチン一人に責任があるわけではなく、あなた方全員に責任があり、招いた結果も甘んじて受け入れる必要がある。これだけ戦争が長期化してる中で、声を上げないのだから。
