[ブリュッセル ２６日 ロイター] – 欧州連合（ＥＵ）の執行機関である欧州委員会は２６日、ＥＵの対ロシア制裁措置について、解除または修正にはロシア軍がウクライナから完全に撤退する必要があるとの見解を示した。
ＥＵのヒッパー報道官（外交安全保障政策担当）は「（対ロシア）制裁措置の解除、または修正には、ウクライナ侵攻の終結と、ウクライナ全土からのロシア軍の無条件撤退が主要な前提条件になる」と述べた。
米ホワイトハウスは２５日、黒海における船舶の安全な航行確保でウクライナ、ロシア両国と個別に合意したと発表。ロシア大統領府は、西側諸国が穀物と肥料の輸出に関連する制裁措置を解除することを条件に、黒海における安全な航行確保で合意したと表明した。 もっと見る
