So in short, this is a beautiful luxury resort where the rooms are dirty. Why would anyone go there? Bali in general and Nusa Dua, in particular, have amazing other luxury resorts!
I would recommend that you extend the flip flop score detail page for a few extra seconds. Not enough time to read the details for the viewer. I hope you make it to at least 100k view per video so you can at least get the room cost back with ad revenue.

No if they could do such big things why can't they manage or clean a dusty room. Just lacking basic requirement of a hotel. I am still disappointed.
Just love your reviews. I have been to kempinski bali twice and I feel the hardware aspect is just second to none. But the service and food were a bit disappointing than expected.

I wonder there are many bugs around. Housekeeping is usually poor in many large scale hotels.
I hope the management at the property has taken cognisance of the dust issue and directed their housekeeping to be more thorough with their cleaning.

I think this hotel is modern in style. not characterized by Balinese style. should use the Balinese style as a tourist attraction and in harmony with the environment in Bali. Including the architectural style. just big and spacious. stairs down the cliff does not mean "besakih" the water going down from top to bottom is not always "subak". Balinese architecture is in harmony with nature. There should be lots of plants. I think it's still more "Balinese" Bvlgari, Mandapa, Amandari, Amankila, Amanusa. It introduces more Balinese atmosphere and gives tourists the "Living in Bali" experience. Apurva doesn't see the details of Balinese style . The Majapahit style that he said was only included in a small part of the ornaments in the lobby, and was only helped by the location of the site on the cliff. Moreover, there are many rules that in my opinion prevent guests from taking photos in the restaurant, even though the essence of people traveling with family is to save memories in the form of photos anywhere. Plus the reprimand that you experience.. it's a bad experience that guests don't want to experience. This is a tourist hotel, not a business hotel, they should think that the camera is free to use properly. Unless this hotel is specifically for secret meetings and meetings with secret lovers. even the minimum expenditure seems strange when applied to guests. with room rates it should be able to "select" guests who have money or not. in my opinion this hotel also has unethical regulations. plus cleanliness is not equivalent to its star qualifications
Indonesian here, great review! Stayed here once, as well as the Ritz Carlton next door. As far as property goes, Apurva is magnificent. The design is just on another level, but why did the owners (I even know one of them, a billionaire ofcourse) choose to go with Kempinsky is beyond me. Kempinsky also manages one of the most high profile properties in Jakarta, and I have to say their standard is just not there. It is not on par with Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, St Regis, Waldorf or Langham. It really does not deserve these properties.
One more thing, because at the moment The Apurva is the hottest hotel in Bali for Indonesians, I think their head gets a little too big!

It is crucial that you explain everything the way it is and how it can be better for others like myself who plan to go there one day in the future. I for sure do not want to go to the other side of the world and fine dusty, moldy, dirty, grimy hotel rooms or hotels. Now in this day and age it is more important to have high level of hygiene everywhere.

i absolutely agree when you said the video doesn't do the granite flooring justice. i was here last year, and i still can't forget the feeling i had when i stepped into the lobby! it truly feels like you are on a majestic castle floating above the universe. the granite, especially at night, glows magnificently and the four structures across the the lobby makes you feel like kings and queens!
