  1. You should cook the oysters round side down so the juices don't run off. The Sanpin-cha we used to buy on Okinawa came from Taiwan.

  2. Oh wow, you guys really looked like you had some great seafood, and not everybody likes sashimi, but I do and always have. I love a good tasting fish that is really fresh and not a fishy taste if it is fresh, When my son visited Japan he says that the food there is totally amazing and I would also love eating the food there. I also love that you had the beef as well I have heard that this Wagyu beef is very tasty. I really enjoyed watching this video and I always love all of your food tour videos, thanks so much for sharing this awesome video, I wish you both a very Happy New Year, I am hoping that 2023 is a great year. Sending love and hugs, arigato! 😉💜👋👍🙏✨🎉🎊

  3. I envy you guys!! We have good seafood here but your seafood is in a whole new category of "good" I wish I could travel to Japan one day to experience it.

  4. Hey guys! Just wanted to wish you both an awesome 2023 filled with amazing adventures and delicious food discoveries!

    Edit: OMG THAT STEAK…

  5. Tobiko is my favourite fisheggs. We can get sushi with just tobiko here. It's great. I would definitely try the steak, it looks delicious! I know oolong high but never had Jasmine tea high.

Here in the Netherlands many have electric table grills at home for some thing called gourmetten. You would love it 🙂

  6. All the food looked so delicious but that last salmon dish with egg yolk was over the top. I love egg yolk. And I'm not a big drinker but the teapot of sake looked so refreshing. Thanks for sharing your fun day!

  7. The Kokusai Dori Norengai complex is a wonderland of amazing places to eat! Everything you ate looked fabulous. It never ceases to amaze me that watching you eat always makes vegetarian me crave seafood and meat. 😂 I think it's your "happiness faces" and your colorful descriptions that do it. You two are a joy. Wishing you a 2023 that's, heretofore, unparalleled in happiness, prosperity, great food, and adventure. ❤❤🥂🎉🎊

  8. "Please watch my happiness face." 😁
I love you both so much and will be watching your happiness faces every time I can. Big New Year hugs to you both! 🥰🥰

  9. "The best of both worlds, Ocean and Sea." "Best surf and turf…..in this building."
Shinichi had too much wine lol

  10. Everything looked amazing. The jealousy the seafood looked stellar and I LOVE jasmine tea.

  11. Can anyone tell me what the jasmine alcohol drink they had in the kettle is called?

  12. Thats a bloody expensive steak at near AU$ 70 for what looked like a thin not very heavy piece of meat drowned in sauce !

  13. i luv sashimi rice bowl…the best i cna eat that like it's nothing…we have a japanese place here int he states and that is all i order…you put the wasabi and the soy sauce and it is lit…

  14. Food looked so awesome and fresh. I live the table top grill. Do you guys to to a table top grill that has beef and other meats beside seafood. Thank you for you videos, so much description it is like I am there in spirit with you guys.

  15. “Please watch my happiness face” is going to become a part of my everyday usage now. 🤣🤣🤣
