Visited The Capitol Hotel Tokyu for “The Capitol Afternoon Tea” – The seats are open for reservation 3 months prior, and it gets booked right after the web site make reservation available!

This time I was luckily able to get the seat, and reviewing the sophisticated cakes, savories and all-you-can-drink tea and coffee in details!
